Canada Certificate of Good Standing – Certificate of Compliance
We can supply a Canada Certificate of Good Standing or Certificate of Compliance, depending on the province where the company is incorporated. This certificate is issued by the relevant Canadian provincial body and confirms the legal status of the corporation. The Canada Certificate of Good standing includes:
- Corporation’s name
- Corporation number
- Incorporation Date & province incorporated in
- Corporate Access Number
- Current status – will certify if the Canadian company is not dissolved and in Good Standing with the authorities
- In some Canadian provinces the Certificate is provided in French and English

Canada Certificate of Incorporation
The Certificate of Incorporation is an official document issued by the Federal Corporations Directorate and includes the Canadian company name, company registration number and incorporation date.
We can supply a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation for any company registered in Canada, issued in the province where the company is registered. Once the certificate has been prepared by the Corporate Registry, we get a scanned copy emailed through.

Canada Financial Statements
A company is required to compile annual financial statements to include a balance sheet, income and cash flow statements with accompanying notes. Although financial statements must be prepared, for private companies, there is no requirement to file these statements with the Canadian authorities.
