Company Accounting and Reporting
The Ukrainian government implemented National Accounting Standards, based upon International Financial Reporting Standards that all Ukrainian companies must adhere to.
Ukrainian companies must produce and submit accounts, financial statements and annual returns to the relevant authorities. Tax returns must be produced and submitted to the Ministry of Statistics on a quarterly basis. All accounts must be in Ukrainian Hryvnia, with all transactions in a foreign currency recorded separately.
