Belize Company Search Report

Belize Certificate of Good Standing
We can supply a Certificate of Good Standing from the Belize International Business Companies Registry certifying that the company is in a state of Good Standing. All companies are required to re-register as a Business Entity and will receive a new unique 9-digit business entity number and an E-Certificate. If the company has not re-registered then no certificate can be provided until the company has re-registered.
The Certificate of Good Standing states that the company has been incorporated under the International Business Act, Chapter 270 of the Laws of Belize and confirm the companies continued legal existence, it also confirms that all administrative requirements have been complied with.
The certificate also verifies the following:
- The company has not submitted to Registrar article of Merger or Consolidation
- The company has not submitted to Registrar article of Arrangement
- The company is not in the process of being wound up and dissolved
- Proceedings to strike the name of the company off the Belize Registry have not been instituted
The certificate is provided from the Belize International Business Companies Registry with an official stamp, seal and with the signature of a Registrar of International Companies and Business.
Belize Certificate of Incorporation
We can provide a certified copy of the original Certificate of Incorporation issued when a Belize company was incorporated under the International Business Act, Chapter 270.
The Certificate of Incorporation is an official document issued by the Belize International Business Companies Registry and includes the Belize company name, company registration number and incorporation date.
