A Certificate of Compliance, also known as a Bermuda Certificate of Good Standing, is an official document confirming that a Bermuda company was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda and is in Good Standing with the Ministry of Economic Development, in accordance with the 1981 Companies Act.

If the Bermuda company is not in Good Standing, the Registrar will issue an extract detailing the current status of the company instead of the Certificate.
