Jersey Certificate of Good Standing

The Jersey Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Registrar of Companies confirms the private company was incorporated in Jersey and certifies that the company was incorporated in Jersey under the Companies Jersey Law 1991, and is on the Register of Jersey Companies maintained under the Companies Jersey Law.

The Jersey Companies Registry will only prepare the Certificate of Good Standing when companies are compliant and up to date with the statutory filing requirements.

Certificates of Good Standing will be available for all active companies in Jersey that have completed all required annual returns, submitted accounts if relevant and have a valid registered office.

• The Certificate of Good Standing is electronically signed and stamped by of an authorised officer at the Jersey Registrar of Companies
