South Korea Certificate of Incorporation
A Certificate of Incorporation is issued by the South Korea companies registry when the company is incorporated.
We can provide a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation for any company registered with the South Korean Companies Registry. The Registrar issues a scanned copy of the Certificate of Incorporation electronically which is in Korean and indicates when the company was incorporated under the Investment Promotion Act.

South Korea Certificate of Good Standing
A Certificate of Good Standing is usually issued by the companies registry and confirms the company has a status of Good Standing, in South Korea there is no such certificate which is issued by the company registry. The company requires one director and one supervisor. With a Yuhan Hoesa company the director has the authority to represent the company.
Shareholders and Share Capital
In Korea, there is no minimum registered capital. If the registered capital is more than 100 million KRW, stamp tax is paid. The total number of shareholders for a Yuhan Hoesa may not exceed 50.
